The customer satisfaction survey that is carried out annually following Cevisama enables the event organizers to identify visitors’ and exhibitors’ needs and objectives, as well as areas for improvement. The results are used for organizational planning and in promotional initiatives.
According to the results of this year’s survey, the aspects of Cevisama that exhibitors value most highly are the quality of the contacts they make and the boost to customer relationships that the event affords. Another feature of the fair that exhibitors have rated very highly is how they have been treated and advised during the lengthy registration and build-up process. Over 90% of those surveyed stated that they will exhibit again next year.
Visitors to Cevisama have an even higher opinion of the event, with 93.3% indicating that they will be coming back next year. Visitors demonstrate a high degree of loyalty to Cevisama: 85% have visited the exhibition more than once and, of this percentage, 65.8% have done so between three and 10 times.
