Final attendance figures for CEVISAMA 07, held February 2-6 in Valencia, Spain, include a total of 97,407 visitors, an increase of 8.2% from the 2005 event, which did not include the Machinery Show. The number of foreign visitors rose by 14.5%, reflecting the growing interest of the international marketplace in the products shown at the International Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings Exhibition. Compared to the 2006 exhibition, which did include the Machinery Show, foreign visitor numbers were up 7%. Foreign visitors to CEVISAMA 07 totaled 12,759 from 147 countries. By geographical area, Europe accounted for 73% of all visitors; the Middle East, 8%; America and Asia, 7%; and Africa, 5%.
