In a new series of web seminars hosted by Ceramic Industry (CI) magazine, John Mautner, the founder and senior partner of Advanced Profit Technologies and the Cycle of Success Institute, will outline some basic steps that all companies can take to immediately begin improving their success and profitability. Join CI magazine online for the inaugural web seminar in this new series, "Continuous Improvement: A Practical Approach to Success," on Thursday, July 14, at 10 a.m. EDT. "Continuous Improvement" will help you learn how to implement continuous improvement in your company, understand and use the "Management by Standards" system, apply proven quality techniques and gain an understanding of why these techniques are needed, and focus on the customer to ensure lasting success. The one-hour web seminar will include both the presentation and an interactive QA session.

As the web seminar kick-off event, registration is available at a special introductory rate of $49 and includes a copy of the presentation. Individuals who register for this event will also receive a discount on other web seminars in this series. For more information, e-mail events@ceramicindustry.com.
