CoorsTek, Inc. recently announced that its board of directors has selected Banc of America Securities LLC as its advisor to evaluate the offer from certain members of the Coors family and related trusts to purchase all of the company's outstanding shares of common stock that it does not already own. The board and its advisors intend to review the proposal in a timely manner, but no definitive time frame has been determined. Investors and security holders are advised to read the statement when and if it becomes available, and may obtain a free copy at the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov , or by contacting CoorsTek directly.
