CoorsTek, Inc. has been awarded a semiconductor assembly project worth $25-$30 million. This award is in addition to the company’s projected 2000 revenue for the semiconductor segment of at least $120 million. As a result, the semiconductor segment should be approximately one-third of the company’s total revenue in 2000.

“This assembly project marks the continuing success of our strategy to become a leading supplier to the high growth semiconductor market and enhance our integrated assembly business,” said Joe Coors, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer.

As the company’s value-added competency gains momentum and customer validation, future opportunities may include increasing the scope of this project as well as securing other assembly system business.
