CPS Color and Rohm and Haas Co. have entered into an alliance for the joint use of expertise in the international paint and coatings market. The alliance covers all the business fields where the two companies' joint expertise and combined resources will create more added value for customers. Both companies will keep their independence and will continue working under their respective names.
