Applied Robotics Inc. recently announced the appointment of Jim Crowder to the position of applications engineer. Crowder will support the company’s customers and potential customers by helping to correctly size products and advising them on appropriate solutions for their automation and connectivity needs.

Crowder brings with him over 10 years of engineering experience. He comes to Applied Robotics from Precision Valve & Automation, where he served as product manager with responsibility for managing and tracking projects from beginning to end, and managing service and sales for an entire product line.

“We are pleased to have Mr. Crowder join our team of professionals,” said Jim Fitzgerald, vice president. “Jim’s extensive technical background and impressive track record of engineering accomplishments are what made him stand out. His product management experience will also be a huge asset for us as well. We can’t wait to see what new ideas and experiences Jim will bring to the table.”
