The CycloLok(R) dense phase conveyor from Cyclonaire is designed to handle highly abrasive and friable materials in low-volume applications and to withstand harsh environments, such as a blast furnace dust reclaim. With only one moving part and solid-state controls, the CycloLok is nearly maintenance free. The unit operates on plant air and is available in carbon or stainless steel. This gravity-loaded, bottom discharge conveyor will typically handle up to two tons per hour and can withstand temperatures up to 450F.
