dmc2 plans to merge all its construction ceramics activities into a new global organization to be named Cerdec Ceramics (CC). CC will be one of the leading suppliers of glaze systems, stains, additives and decoration products to the construction ceramics industry. So far, the responsibility for this business sector had been with several dmc2 divisions. The intended merger allows CC to concentrate fully on the demands of its customers and offers the opportunity for further growth.
