Draeger Safety, Inc. recently introduced its Pac Ex 2, a compact and rugged hand-held combustible gas and oxygen monitoring device. The new instrument is simple and easy to operate. It also features a clear, fully functional LCD concentration display with audible, visual and vibrating alarms to provide personal detection. An optional sample pump allows for confined-space measurements. The Pac Ex 2 has the ability to measure combustible gases in the 0-100% LEL range and volume oxygen in the range of 0-25%.
