Durr Environmental, Inc. has initiated a new focus for its business -- Energy Management. Because the efficient use of energy is important to both reducing operating costs as well as protecting the environment, the entire customer base of the Durr Group has expressed an urgent need for energy management expertise. Durr Environmental, Inc., with its current programs of energy-saving oxidizer retrofits, system optimization services and performance contract financing, is positioned to offer the entire spectrum of energy management tools and services. The programs offered will be complemented by Durr Environmental's engineering expertise and marketplace leadership in pollution control technology. To identify and develop this new initiative and focus, Gordon Harbison will assume the role of manager, Energy Management. He has been with Durr for 14 years, having served at various times as manager of both Engineering and Original Equipment Sales for Durr Environmental.
