Eclipse, Inc. and Red-Ray Mfg. Co. have entered into a marketing and distribution agreement to promote industrial infrared process heating. As part of this agreement, Red-Ray has acquired the Eclipse infrared burner product line, including the Infra-Rad, Infra-Glo and Ultra-Rad burners. Red-Ray will handle the entire production and support of this product line, which Eclipse will continue to distribute. Eclipse will additionally have full access to Red-Ray's infrared burner line to supply infrared systems through the Eclipse Sales, Engineering and Systems Groups.
