Eisenmann Announces 50th Anniversary Forum

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, EISENMANN Corporation will hold a Technology Forum at its newly expanded facility near Stuttgart, Germany, on September 11-13, 2001. The forum will display the company's "feasible process innovations" for material handling, surface finishing, environmental technology and ceramic firing.

The technologies to be showcased will change the way you think about the firing process. For example, an atmosphere roller hearth kiln will be making ware. Its innovative door system allows each zone of the kiln to contain a different firing atmosphere. An Automatically Guided Vehicle (AGV) feeds the ware to this kiln to demonstrate free access that a standard return conveyor would not allow. Additionally, an example of the EISENMANN double-track kiln will be on display. This tunnel kiln without cars is designed to maximize energy efficiency and create new opportunities for automating the firing process.

For more information about the forum or EISENMANN Ceramic and Metallurgical Systems, call (815) 455-4100 or e-mail at ryan.washburn@eisenmann.com.
