Engis Corp. has named Stephen Griffin its new president. "Mr. Griffin has been with our company for 18 years, in various management positions, and has consistently demonstrated the integrity and leadership qualities necessary to lead the company forward," said Martin J. Steindler, chairman of the board. Griffin, who served most recently as vice president, technology & manufacturing, succeeds Robert Reid, who is moving to the position of executive advisor. Reid had been president of Engis since 1972. "With Mr. Reid's vast experience and valuable knowledge of our company and our industry, he will continue to be an essential resource to the executive committee as advisor to ensure continuity within the organization as we plan for the future," said Steindler.
