Eriez recently announced the creation of its new Processing Group, which will serve the plastics, glass, rubber, pulp and paper, wood, and textile industries. Jim Mitchell and Eric Taylor will support Jeff Kaveney, who is market manager for the group. The new processing market team will develop specific market expertise, establish key customer relationships and interface with field representatives more directly. Above all, they will help sell all of Eriez's products lines individually or as part of a complete system to their assigned markets and customers. "Our new selling strategy positions Eriez's complete line of equipment to every customer contact," said Kaveney. "From the upgrading of raw materials with Eriez magnetic separators and metal detectors to the vibratory feeders needed for material feeding, we have a wide variety of innovative designs and products available, and the new market group orientation allows us to serve customer needs with our quiver full of arrows."
