Eriez Magnetics offers high-quality grates, traps and plates that use the power of rare earth magnets for improved separation. Rare earth magnets have up to 25 times more pull than conventional, ferrous or ceramic magnets, but provide similar circuit stability and long service life. Eriez grate magnets effectively extract small and fine iron when installed in steep-sloped, odd and irregular-shaped hoppers, as well as vertical closed chutes and ducts. Eriez' line of powerful, permanent magnetic ferrous traps provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment. They preserve product purity and help prevent equipment damage by removing small particles of magnetic scale, rust and fine iron contamination from liquid product flows. Eriez plate magnets offer the capability to remove unwanted ferrous metals, protect equipment from damage or improve the downstream processing purity of a product.
