Eriez Magnetic' multi-deck Syncro-Sieve(R) vibratory screeners provide high-quality, fixed-rate separation at an affordable price. These screeners separate high volumes of dry material by size, and are also effective for wet separation when sizing a large percentage of oversized material, making them ideal for processing slurries, waste water, minerals, chemicals and other dry or dewatering applications. An eccentric-weighted rotary motor creates the Syncro-Sieve's vibratory motion. To improve separation, flow patterns and retention time on the multiple screen decks can be varied depending on how the eccentric weights are positioned.
