Etherington has almost two decades of experience in the laboratory instrumentation industry. He started his career in technical support and then was in a sales role with a British analytical instrument distributor. His first responsibilities were as product manager for Setaram Instruments in the UK. He has developed sales structures, both in Britain and the U.S., for HEL, and he worked as the U.S. Sales and Marketing manager for Julabo before coming back to Setaram.
