FEI Co. has announced the release of its new QuantaTM series, a line of all-in-one SEMs that offers flexible solutions for structural diagnostics on any material or sample. Featuring three imaging modes -- high vacuum, low vacuum and ESEMTM -- in a single integrated system, this series of SEMs is designed to deliver more data and overall value while using nondestructive analytical techniques and preserving the integrity of samples.
