Ferro Electronic Material Systems will introduce novel high-precision LTCC resistors in booth 618 of IMAPS 2004, November 14-18 in Long Beach, Calif. The new resistors combine low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) with tighter tolerances and eliminate the need for discrete resistor components. The new 82-Series post-fired thick film resistor pastes for A6M/Gold LTCC were developed for very high frequency transmitter/receiver modules used in military and other applications. Ferro will present a paper detailing the superior, consistent performance of the 82-Series resistors across a broad range of resistor values, sizes and firing temperatures at the IMAPS Poster Session on Wednesday, November 17, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Room WP1 of the Long Beach Convention Center.
