Ferro Schedules Conference Call for Financial Results (posted 8/2/07)

Ferro Corp. will conduct a conference call August 9 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its second quarter financial results.

Ferro Corp. will conduct a conference call August 9 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, as well as estimates for third quarter results. Participants from Ferro will include James Kirsch, chairman, president and chief executive officer; Sallie Bailey, vice president and chief financial officer; and David Longfellow, director of investor relations.

Interested parties can listen to the conference call at (888) 323-2711 or (210) 234-0008. Callers should reference the passcode (FOE) and the conference leader (David Longfellow), and should dial into the call approximately 10 minutes before it is planned to begin. A live webcast will also be available through the Investor Information link at the top of Ferro’s website at www.ferro.com.

A replay of the call will be available from noon Eastern Time on August 9 until 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 16. To access the replay, call (866) 499-4561 or (203) 369-1806. The replay will also be available beginning at noon Eastern Time on August 9 through the Investor Information link on the Ferro website at www.ferro.com.
