The S-3000M tilt-tray sorter is now available from FKI Logistex Crisplant. Based on the company's S-2000 tilt-tray sorter, the S-3000M design is the next generation in a long line of sortation equipment. The S-3000M combines proven, field-tested design principles found in the S-2000 with off-the-shelf non-proprietary control components to provide a reliable, high-speed sortation solution. Quiet linear motors power the sorter and allow for gentle acceleration and high speeds up to 2.1 m/s (413 fpm) at a decibel level of only 67 dB(A), while the reliable mechanical design sorts products gently and accurately.
