Foxboro Co.: Scalable Open Automation Platform

A free brochure from The Foxboro Co. describes Foxboro's I/A series system as a complete, scalable automation platform.

A free brochure from The Foxboro Co., a unit of Invensys Process Systems, describes Foxboro's I/A series system as a complete, scalable automation platform that can be easily and continuously updated. The full-color brochure highlights how the I/A series supports measurable performance improvement initiatives throughout the plant. Incorporating detailed illustrations, the brochure shows how the series is designed for a wide range of system configurations, including options for hybrid or larger applications, workstations and servers, choices of networking strategies, and options for various controllers and input/output methods. The 12-page brochure graphically depicts how the I/A series eliminates the major costs of upgrading from a legacy system to a new technology through migration modules and a simple "card swap out."
