A new study from FTM Consulting, Inc. forecasts that the nanoelectronics market will exceed $75 billion in 10 years. Details on the emerging nanoelectronics market are provided, including 10-year forecasts for six major nanoelectronic products -- ICs (chips), memory chips, hard disk drives, displays, optoelectronic devices and removable storage media. Ten-year forecasts by individual nanotechnology for each of the six major product categories are also provided, as well as timelines for each nanotechnology by each of the six product categories for commercial availability.
