Fusion UV recently announced that it is extending the bulb life warranty of its H bulb from 6000 hours to 8000 hours, an increase of 33%. This follows a 20% increase just a year ago. In addition, Fusion UV is doubling the bulb life warranty of its additive bulbs, both D and V, from 3000 hours to 6000 hours. The price of the bulbs will remain the same. These warranty extensions, already the longest in the industry, were driven by both field reports from customers and in-house life testing. Recently, Fusion UV received field reports from industrial manufacturing customers who are obtaining 10,000 hours of bulb life from their properly maintained 10-in. Fusion lamp systems. Fusion UV's own in-house testing of bulb performance supports this as well. A Technical Report of ongoing in-house testing of bulb performance is available upon request.
