Fusion UV's Japan office recently held its 10th annual UV curing technology seminars with a variety of speaker topics, including "UV Inkjet Technology," "Trends in Automotive Coatings" and "3-Dimensional Curing," among others. In addition to speakers from Fusion UV, experts from Canon Inc., BASF AG, The Dow Chemical Co. and DuPont Performance Coatings GmbH also spoke. Nearly 200 attendees visited the Osaka seminar, and nearly 400 attended the Tokyo seminar. "Despite the slowing global economy, UV curing continues to grow and be a bright spot on the horizon for many companies," said David Harbourne, president of Fusion UV Systems, Inc. "We are happy to sponsor this type of educational event to raise awareness and knowledge about UV curing."
