GFC Completes Successful Modification of Sanitaryware Shuttle Kiln

GFC Kilns recently completed the modification of a sanitaryware shuttle kiln with excellent results. The kiln, which previously employed an oscillating burner system, was upgraded to the GFC Pulse IMPS system, and Allen Bradley PLC controls were also added. GFC claims 30+% energy savings, 100% better temperature uniformity, and greater productivity through yield and cycle gains.
