The Glass Manufacturing Industry Council (GMIC) recently announced the availability of a glossy, full-color brochure illustrating the many uses and applications of glass. The document is a joint collaboration of the GMIC, Schott Glass Technologies, Corning Inc., and the U.S. Department of Energy. The 34-page brochure provides the reader with a complete overview of the glass industry, including history, various manufacturing processes and applications. Sample copies are available for review at no charge. The cost for larger orders is $120 per case (120 brochures per case), plus a flat rate shipping charge of $17 per case for U.S. shipments. Non-U.S. shipments will be invoiced actual shipping costs. Discounts are available for quantities above 10 cases.
