Hauck Named One of the Best Places to Work in PA

Hauck Manufacturing Co. was recently honored as one of the top 50 Best Places to Work in PA. The award, created in 2000 by the Ridge-Schweiker administration, is a public/private partnership of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Kuntz Lesher LLP, Central Penn Business Journal, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. The 100 Best Places to Work in PA is comprised of two groups of companies -- 50 medium-sized companies (50 to 250 employees) and 50 large-size companies (251 or more employees). Hauck, which was honored in the medium-sized company category, earned its ranking through a scoring process that considered the company's responses to a questionnaire regarding corporate philosophies, practices and systems, as well as employee responses to a comprehensive survey that covered subjects such as benefits, working conditions and growth opportunities.
