The service can be accessed by calling (717) 272-3051 between 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, or (717) 507-4851 between 6 p.m.-7 a.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays. A qualified technician will be available to provide telephone assistance and support.

Hauck’s service department has operated with extended hours for technical service for five years. The jump to 24-hour capabilities was prompted by a desire to increase customer support and offer service to customers operating after business hours or abroad.
