Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd, one of the leading sanitaryware manufacturers in South Asia, has obtained ISO 9001-2000 certification for its Haryana, India, plant. This plant also recently won an energy conservation award in the ceramics sector from the government of India. All of the company's other plants already have ISO 9002 certification.
