Imerys Announces K-T Clay Personnel Changes

Imerys recently announced several personnel changes for Kentucky-Tennessee Clay Co. Michael Yarborough has been named vice president-general manager of Kentucky-Tennessee Clay Co., K-T Feldspar Corp., and K-T Clay de Mexico, effective December 5, 2002. A graduate of Clemson University, Yarborough holds a bachelor's of science degree in ceramic engineering. He joined K-T upon graduation, and has held numerous managerial positions during his more than 15 years with the company. He continues his role as vice president of sales and marketing. Francois Quentin, vice president-operations, will assume the responsibility of human resources for K-T, and will also oversee the company's plants. Quentin joined K-T in 2001 from Imerys, Paris, France. Tracy Meek has also joined the company as human resource manager.
