Inoue USA engineered its new lab-sized MP mill for testing small batch size materials using a closed mill recirculation concept. Designed and manufactured to close tolerances, the MP mill operates as a pumpless milling and dispersion system. Simple and easy access makes cleaning quick and thorough. Like the company¿s full-sized models, the mill chamber design enables the unit to handle large particle sizes and reduce them to the required specifications in a short period of time. Residence time averages about 10 seconds for one pass on most formulations. Based on its multiple pass feature, the unit does not have the capacity of short passing the product.
