Grupo Compania Espanola de Petroleos (CEPSA), Spain's largest supplier of bottled gas to Spanish households, recently took delivery of ISIMAT's LF 1010 screen printing machine. The machine is designed for a production speed of 350 bottles per hour and a maximum print area of 1140 x 250 mm. Bottles are manually loaded onto a prism conveyor and then automatically transported through the machine. After printing, the bottles are moved to a UV dryer where they are rotated under a UV lamp to ensure thorough curing of the UV inks. Bottles are manually taken off the conveyor once they have exited the UV dryer. Automatic loading and unloading are available as options.
