Kaeser Compressors recently announced the availability of a new design for its refrigerated dryers, with rated capacities from 1000-3000 scfm. With a maximum working pressure of 200 psig, these efficient dryers provide consistently dry compressed air with worry-free operation and maximum performance. Smooth surface, densely packed, tube-in-tube copper heat exchangers resist fouling and provide excellent heat transfer. All units use environmentally friendly R-404a refrigerant and contain no chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) throughout the package. All maintenance items are easily accessible. Each dryer includes a filtered separated equipped with the company's new Filter Monitor to provide optimum filter change out intervals. The new dryers all feature a redesigned filtration system that allows users to add an optional oil removal filter if desired.
