AIRTOUCH allows producers to overcome some of the critical problems that have always affected roller/tile interaction. Produced with an extrusion system covered by a worldwide patent, AIRTOUCH offers considerable advantages, including high air flows underneath the tile, which result in better firing and more balanced kiln control; less contact between roller and tile in both pre-firing and cooling, which enables improved straightness of the roller; and less dirt accumulation, which results in reduced roller cleaning requirements.
