Kromschroder Inc. recently announced several organizational changes, including the appointment of Steve Ogonek as president of the company. Ogonek has worked in various management and marketing capacities at both Fireye Inc. and North American Mfg. Co. His background with channel sales is expected to help strengthen Kromschroder's dealer network in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Additionally, Brian Hall, who has worked with Kromschroder since 1992, has been promoted to vice president of sales. With over 25 years of combustion system design and sales experience, Hall will be responsible for technical sales to OEMs and the Kromschroder dealer network. He will also continue to manage and build the Kromschroder direct sales team throughout North America. George Paulonis has relocated to Tennessee and will remain on staff as special projects advisor.
