KUKA(TM) Robotics Corp. recently announced its merger with KUKA Development Labs (KDL). The merger is a consolidation of the company's engineering resources and will give KUKA the ability to provide more efficient and timely support for automation projects in North America. "As we continue our growth in the North American market, it is key to create and maintain a cohesive engineering and development team that will be focused and trained to meet the needs of the North American customer," said Leroy Rodgers, president of KUKA Robotics.
