MoreThe management of the Lamosa Group has made technology its focus, most recently signing a contract with Sacmi for the supply of an AVE 041 WC high-pressure casting machine that will supply the warehouse with 6000 pieces a month. An evolution of the AVE 040, the new AVE 041 significantly reduces cycle times and enhances flexibility, increasing productivity -- and , therefore, sales -- by up to 40%.
More specifically, this new model differs from its predecessor in that it features two robots, one for de-molding and the other for static storage of the pieces. Injection flexibility means that the same line can make both American (siphon jet) and European-type WC bowls. This particular supply contract, successfully completed by Sacmi in close collaboration with the Lamosa technological team, also included full modernization of the modeling department.
