Higher processing yields and faster throughput are possible with LogiTech's new NGS (Next Generation System) precision lapping machines. NGS is an essential addition to the production line, especially where delicate and brittle materials must be processed in bulk to precise tolerances. Because of its custom features, NGS can easily handle high precision angled polishing for producing optical network components or the thinning of substrates for high performance integrated circuit device manufacturing. The company's most highly automated precision lapping machine to date, NGS has four fully automated load/unload workstations capable of increasing production rates through reduced downtime and reliably consistent process results.
