Standard features include heavy-gauge sheet metal construction, a horizontal swing door for easy opening, low-watt density coil-wound heating elements mounted in easy-to-replace side panels, lightweight firebrick insulation for reduced heat loss, a hearth plate to protect the floor brick and support the workload, a time proportioning digital controller mounted in a separate control panel, and a safety microswitch to shut off heating elements when the door opens. These furnaces have a temperature rating of 2200°F, while draw ovens can operate to 1200°F.
Ovens are standard with a high-volume fan for recirculation and temperature uniformity. Options include over-temperature protection, soak timers, quench tanks and programmable controls. All models are completely pre-wired, assembled, test fired and shipped ready for connection to 230/1/60 voltage.
