A new line of high-temperature recirculating ovens, the 4099 V series, is now available from Lucifer Furnaces, Inc. These models are ideal for the tempering, annealing, stress relieving, shrink fitting and heat treating of large workloads. Designed for 1400F operation, these heavy-duty models are equipped with a high CFM stainless steel fan for recirculation. The fan assembly is roof mounted, providing a vertical air flow pattern and uniform temperatures throughout the chamber. Larger model sizes are equipped with two fan assemblies for maximum airflow. A stainless steel liner forms the work area, and adjustable louvers balance the airflow and increase the air velocity into the work chamber.
