MoreRollAlign(TM) from Ludeca Inc. is a visual laser tool to facilitate quick and accurate field replacement of process rolls in industry. A laser emitter unit mounted on a reference roll projects two Class 2 fanned 635 nm laser lines onto a reflector unit mounted on the roll to be moved, allowing the operator to view both the vertical angle (pitch) and horizontal angle (parallelity) as the roll is adjusted into alignment. RollAlign fits rolls of almost any diameter spaced between 1/2 in. to 10 ft apart.
