Morgan Advanced Ceramics (MAC) recently announced the relocation of its Bolt Technical Ceramics division from Conroe, Texas, to Fairfield, N.J. Bolt is a distributor for the products manufactured by MAC's Haldenwanger operations in Germany and China. The relocation will result in Bolt Technical Ceramics combining with MAC's Wesgo/Duramic Products division. The transfer is scheduled for completion by April 2005. "We are working hard to make this transition as seamless as possible. We plan to maintain a high level of commitment to our customers throughout the move and in the future.
