Using state-of-the-art fiber optic sensors that detect belt wander without ever touching the edge of the conveyor belt, the new system is designed to eliminate mechanical tracking adjustments that cause belt stretch, deformation and premature belt failure. In addition, dual solenoid air valve technology assures gentle, incremental conveyor belt adjustments without manual intervention.
