MHI: Microheaters

MHI Microheaters offer high watt density and high temperatures up to 1900ºC. The MP1900 patented manufacturing process allows MHI to create micro-sized heaters from 1/4 to 3 1/2 in. radiant surface areas in a wide range of sizes and shapes. Along with Spiral, Serpentine and MicroPlate Microheaters, the company offers Microtube™ and MilliDot™ heaters. Microtube™ heaters are small tubes with temperatures up to 1900ºC, and MilliDot™ heaters allow for a point source heater of up to 1900ºC. The heaters can be used in numerous applications from substrate heating and mechanical testing to fiber optics and vacuum chambers. Spiral Microheaters are compatible with RF and microwave applications.
