MoreMHI Microheaters offer high watt density and high temperatures up to 1900ºC. The MP1900 patented manufacturing process allows MHI to create micro-sized heaters from 1/4 to 3 1/2 in. radiant surface areas in a wide range of sizes and shapes. Along with Spiral, Serpentine and MicroPlate Microheaters, the company offers Microtube™ and MilliDot™ heaters. Microtube™ heaters are small tubes with temperatures up to 1900ºC, and MilliDot™ heaters allow for a point source heater of up to 1900ºC. The heaters can be used in numerous applications from substrate heating and mechanical testing to fiber optics and vacuum chambers.
