In addition to his service on the Mohawk board, McCurdy served as chairman, president and CEO of Echlin Inc. After Echlin’s merger with Dana Corp. in 1998, he served as president of the Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group. He had previously served as president and CEO of Moog Automotive, Inc., until Moog’s acquisition by Cooper Industries, Inc. He was executive vice president of Operations for Cooper following the acquisition. McCurdy also served on the boards of directors of Affinia Group Inc., General Parts, Inc. and Lear Corp.
