Mohr Corp. has converted the liquidation of the Kingwood Ceramic manufacturing factory in East Palestine, Ohio, in part from a machinery only liquidation to the offer of a complete operating facility. Realizing that the original building includes a full wet clay forming process line, from material preparation through pugmilling to wet clay pressing using the RAM(TM) process and large capacity shuttle kilns, Mohr has split the project to allow the main building to remain fully assembled with all machinery and equipment. By buying the machinery as a full lot in place and still connected for operation with all supplies and accessories, the purchaser can start up the factory immediately with an equitable lease for the building. The second building will remain under liquidation by sale of all machines one by one on an individually negotiated sale basis through Mohr.
