Fioriware, Inc. of Zanesville, Ohio, will divest itself of all manufacturing operations, real estate and the Fioriware product lines in a sale that is being handled on an exclusive basis by Mohr Corp. The Fioriware name, products, manufacturing molds, and distributor and customer business is being offered separately from the manufacturing machinery and equipment, and from the real estate. This offering can be for the total of the three separate "packages," just one package, or any combination that is equitable for the continued manufacture and sale of Fioriware products. Present Fioriware management and product development and marketing personnel will remain associated with the Fioriware product line as needed with the new owners.
