Inhawa Tile, a ceramic tile manufacturer in Qingdao, China, recently announced a contract with Mohr Corp., which will serve as the exclusive sales agent for the complete liquidation sale of the Qingdao factory. This facility was built in 1997-98, primarily with Sacmi and Tangshan ceramic body processing, tile pressing, firing, drying, glazing and other machinery. All machinery, equipment, tooling and associated manufacturing technology is included in the offer. This relatively new and modern tile making factory liquidation is required due to alternate uses for the prime real estate. Everything will be sold to one or two buyers for dismantling and shipment to the buyer’s location.
